Rear Closed-in Porch Renovation in Royal Oak, MI

The job was to remove an existing porch enclosure and install a four- seasons room. We removed an old style aluminum enclosed patio. We then installed footings and built a new four-seasons room with JeldWen Premium wood collection windows and doorwall, a cathedral ceiling and an entry door. We also, installed heat ducts off the existing system.
