A rear room addition, exterior renovations, and new
garage is what this customer wanted. The new room was installed over a crawl space
with access
from the existing basement. We installed three walls of Solaris vinyl
sliding windows with a doorwall, and Velux fixed
skylights. Off the doorwall we created a small porch with Monarch composite
decking and railing. We installed JeldWen Premium
windows to complete house, along with Alside Charter Oak
siding, vinyl basement windows, Foxweld storm
doors, and aluminum gutters. We also built a one-car detached
garage finished to match house.
