Exterior and major interior renovations. Converting from residential to light
commercial lawyer’s office space. Stripped out kitchen, bathroom, dining room,
hallway, and one bedroom. Removed all closet spaces. Installed Comfortmaker High
Efficiency gas forced air furnace and ducts, Bradford White High Efficiency 40 gallon
water heater, Comfortmaker a/c. Rewired and replumbed office complete.
Installed communication lines. Created new entry and hallways, renovated
living-room into conference while leaving original plaster and cove. Installed
ADA compliant bathroom with Toto handicap toilet, Mansfield wall-hung sink,
grab bars, and Panasonic fan. Added personal bathroom with Merillat vanity,
acrylic top with integrated sink, and Toto toilet. Installed all new hardwood
flooring, solid core two panel doors, glass double doors to conference room,
with Baldwin door hardware. Replaced all windows with Norco Premium Collection,
low E with argon gas. Installed Certainteed siding, Raynor overhead garage doors,
GAF dimensional asphalt shingles, and gutters. Built front porch with columns,
and wheelchair accessible ramp with Monarch Exotic composite decking, spindles and
trim in Red Cedar, copper caps on spindles, and custom made auxiliary handrail.
