This customer needed a dormer addition to create a full bathroom and additional
closet space for the master bedroom. The bathroom has an Ultra Bain acrylic soaker
tub with mortar base ceramic wall surround, Kraftmaid vanity with LG HiMacs acrylic
top and a integrated sink and Grohe faucet. 3”x3” glass tile was installed around
sink from the vanity to ceiling. A Broan Metro deluxe recessed medicine cabinet and
Panasonic exhaust fan with night light were also installed. JeldWen Premium wood
collection windows were installed on upper level and Certainteed siding,
Mid-American shutters, Foxweld aluminum storm door and aluminum gutters on the
complete house finished the new look.
For the downstairs bathroom, all fixtures and walls removed down to existing
studs. The interior was reframed to create standing shower with additional closet
space in place of the bathtub. Ceramic mosaic tile was used with two glass tile
accent stripes. HansGrohe shower and faucet, Kohler round front two-piece toilet,
and Kohler pedestal sink were also installed. A Panasonic exhaust fan is vented
to the exterior to reduce humidity.
