Complete renovation of small bathroom. The entire room was gutted down to existing
studs. A partition wall, and soffits were removed, and all water and drain lines reworked
to accommodate a walk-in shower with a mud set ceramic tile, frameless glass
enclosure and glass door. The electrical was upgraded and a GFCI added. An 8” Rohl
rainhead with HansGrohe handheld shower was installed. A Panasonic exhaust fan
with heater was added to reduce humidity. The vanity is Showplace Lyptus wood
with a granite counter top, and a Kohler vessel sink. A Rohl wall-mounted faucet
completes the look with a Horizon triple door medicine cabinet recessed into
the wall. The toilet is a Kohler comfort height one-piece toilet with soft-close
seat. The finished job included painting.
