Strip a 1960's style basement completely. Install a Wellcraft egress
window well, with a Marvin Integrity, sliding window. Replace the steps,
install Dens-Armor drywall, create a laundry area with utility cabinets,
laundry tub and washer/dryer hookups. Build 3/4 bathroom with ceramic tile
shower, ceramic tile floor, Merillat vanity, and Toto toilet. Complete job
includes painting, vinyl floor tile in laundry area, and carpet in the main
room.
