"Customer needed bathroom renovated to be more accessible for elderly parents. Removed vanities, sinks, tub, tub surround, and floor.
Installed new Merillat cabinets with one sink and banjo laminate top with removable section over toilet.
Installed Swanstone ADA shower floor to fit into existing tub opening. Applied ceramic tiles on shower walls to ceiling.
Installed Panasonic exhaust fan with timer, vented through roof. Installed mud set ceramic tiles to main bathroom floor.
Installed Delta shower valve with hand-held shower, and grab bars in shower and at toilet.
Cut in two recessed lights over vanity. Lastly installed new mirror over vanities."
