Remove old exterior basement entry. Install Wellcraft egress window well with cover and Marvin Integrity casement window. Interior walls were covered with 2” foam insulation. Installed wall studs and mold resistant drywall, two heat runs and one cold air return, and job built wall shelves. Floor was covered with comfort base then Mohawk carpet. Painted walls, ceiling, and trim with Sherwin Williams Harmony Series no VOC paint.

Second story addition over existing garage and family room including bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room. Adding single car garage 32' deep with front and rear overhead doors. Renovating existing upper level by gutting two bedrooms and bathroom to create master suite and luxury bathroom.with two-sided fireplace. Tearoff all exterior siding, and replace.

Renovate a small master bathroom, replacing a fiberglass shower with a tile shower with European trackless doors. Replace the vanity and install matching marble threshold, vanity top and trim, and shower shelves.
